Choti gobhi salad

This is a tricky recipe - sometimes it turns out awesome, other times no one wants to eat it.
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp curry leaves
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1-2 chillis, chopped
- 50g dessicated coconut
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lemon (juiced)
Directions
- thinly slice or food process the sprouts
- Heat oil, fry mustard seeds and curry leaves a tiny bit
- Add onions, once soft add garlic, chilli and coconut. Stir for 2 minutes
- Add Sprouts, cook 4-5 minutes while tossing, then add salt and lemon juice, stir through for 2 minutes.
And presto, done! Eaten as a side dish.
