Mung bean Dhal

Easy to make sprouted bean dhal. Recipe still being modified.




  1. fry onions for 5 minutes
  2. add lemon juice and fry for 5 more minutes
  3. add chillis and and garlic, fry for 3 minutes
  4. add tomotoes and a bit of water, fry until oil seperates (5-10 min)
  5. add spices, mix, then all the sprouts, keeping mixing and fry for 3-5 minutes
  6. add coriander, mix, take of heat

Serve with bread, roti whatever for a quick meal, or as a sidedish for a spread.
